Jean has 30 years’ experience in acute care, aged and community care and in teaching in the VET sector.
She is a TESOL trainer with a special interest in Indigenous Mentoring Programs, Language Literacy & Numeracy and Mental Health. Jean has a Master of Education (Special Education Needs), a Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems and she has recently completed a Diploma of Business.

Tracey has an energetic and upbeat delivery style, which keeps her students motivated and ready to tackle the world of aged care.

Zac Hitchcock

Vocational Placement Coordinator

Starting with Royal College in 2016, Zac brings many years of experience in the Health and Community Services industry. Moving to vocational education in 2013 first as an educator then as a vocational placement coordinator, he spends his days sourcing student placement experiences with some of the most sort-after services in the sector. Zac says: “The Healthcare and Community Services industry is expanding significantly at this time and service providers are searching to add quality candidates to their workforce. Royal College’s reputation within the sector for providing job-ready students is testament to the great job our educators do and it’s what makes my job so much easier when placing students for their practical experience’.

Brooke has over five years’ experience working in the VET Sector providing individualised support to adult learners. With a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Business, in addition to her experience, Brooke brings with her the knowledge and skillset perfect for improving student outcomes. She has a passion for supporting students to get the most out of their education by assisting them with study skills and academia, and building confidence to connect with employment opportunities.
